About Ashley
Ashley M. O’Brien, MSN, RN, joined McLean Hospital in 2023 after working for the Massachusetts Department of Corrections in multiple nurse director roles, including Bridgewater State Hospital. She also served in the military as a military police officer for six years.
Prior to becoming a registered nurse, Ms. O’Brien obtained a practical nurse certificate from Quinsigamond Community College in 2011. She also obtained a certificate as a sexual assault nurse examiner in 2019 and a master’s degree in nursing as a nurse executive leader in 2025.
