Mental Health First Aid Training: In-Person

Belmont, MA – Friday, September 18 @ 8:30am-4:30pm ET

Mental health struggles are more common than many realize, yet stigma, uncertainty, and lack of knowledge often prevent people from getting help.

Mental Health First Aid training is designed to bridge this gap by teaching practical skills to recognize early signs of mental health challenges, respond effectively in crisis situations, and connect individuals to the right resources.

Participants leave with confidence, actionable strategies, and a better understanding of how to support friends, family, colleagues, or community members—making mental health care more accessible and compassionate for everyone.
