Adriana M. Bobinchock is the associate chief of Hospital Operations at McLean Hospital, where she leads strategic operational initiatives that support the infrastructure, efficiency, and long-term performance of one of the nation’s premier psychiatric hospitals.
Working closely with executive leadership, she focuses on strengthening the operational backbone of the hospital, improving organizational alignment, and reducing barriers that impact collaboration and institutional effectiveness.
For nearly a decade, Bobinchock has also worked to advance mental health advocacy and public education efforts focused on reducing stigma and expanding understanding of mental health conditions.
She has played a key leadership role in Deconstructing Stigma, helping grow the initiative into a nationally recognized platform that uses storytelling and lived experience to foster compassion, awareness, and dialogue.
