NAMI New Hampshire
NAMI New Hampshire, a chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is a grassroots organization working to improve the quality of life for all by providing support, education, and advocacy for people affected by mental illness and suicide. Comprised of a network of affiliate chapters and support groups, staff, and volunteers, NAMI NH provides opportunities for people, in a safe and comfortable setting, to share each other’s pain and promote hope.

NH Community Behavioral Health Association
The NH Community Behavioral Health Association is an organization comprised of ten community mental health centers throughout New Hampshire. These centers serve individuals who are living with—and recovering from—mental illness and emotional disorders. This network of mental health centers provides ongoing and emergency behavioral health services to New Hampshire residents, both children and adults.

The goal of the association is to raise awareness about the crucial role played by community-based mental health centers to ensure public safety and overall public health for all New Hampshire residents. In addition, the association serves as an advocate for a strong mental health system across New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services
New Hampshire DHHS offers information and resources to support behavioral health throughout the state. The State of New Hampshire is committed to creating a comprehensive, evidence-based continuum of care throughout the state, and across the life span, to help support residents through their challenges. New Hampshire offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Children’s System of Care
Children’s System of Care was formed to improve the lives and behavioral health outcomes of children, youth, and their families in New Hampshire. Children’s System of Care is supported by the work of six different committees made up of members from over 50 different organizations focused on the mental health and the well-being of children in the state.

Great Nashua Mental Health
Greater Nashua Mental Health is a nonprofit, state-designated community mental health center proudly serving residents of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, and Nashua. Deaf services and substance use disorder services are available for individuals statewide.

The agency specializes in state of the art, evidence-based treatment for individuals with significant behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders. The programs are available to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and their families. Treatment can be accessed in office and community settings, including schools, all providing wrap-around care for the well-being of the whole person.

New Hampshire Mental Health Counselors Association
NHMHCA’s mission is to promote and support the professionalism of and collaboration among clinical mental health counselors, to educate the public regarding the role and function of clinical mental health counselors, and to advocate for the consumers of mental health.
